DU Admission 2021: Delhi University has released the DU 3rd Special Drive Cut-off List for the on-going admission season. The special drive is being held to fill-in the vacant seats in some colleges for admission to undergraduate courses. As per initial reports, under the 3rd special drive cut-off list, admission to in the general category for most of the colleges has been closed. The admission process is open for reserved category candidates- SC, ST, OBC categories. Admissions for the candidates shortlisted under the 3rd Special Drive Cut-off List will start on 5th December 2021 from 10 AM onwards via admission portal i.e. admission.uod.ac.in.
College Merit List to be Out on 6th / 7th December
According to the dates notified by the varsity, following the release of the DU 3rd Special Cut-off Merit List 2021, students will be able to apply to allotted colleges on 5th December from 10th AM onwards. Following the completion of the admission process, the colleges will release the merit list for admission to different courses on 6th and 7th December 2021. The approval for admission to candidates who have applied will also be done during the same period. For those candidates whose admissions have been confirmed, candidates will be required to pay the requisite amount of fee by 8th December from 5 PM onwards.

Who can seek admissions under 3rd Special Drive Cut-off
Going by the official announcement, the Delhi University 3rd Special Drive Cut-Off List 2021 is being released to streamline admission to vacant seats only. The official notice released by the varsity in this regards reads "Candidates who have secured admission in any of the earlier five cut-offs (including special cut-off, special drive – I & II) will not be allowed to participate in the special drive - III, which means candidates who are already admitted in any program and college of University of Delhi will not be eligible to participate in the special drive.” In line with this, the university has suspended cancellation options for candidates for admission under special drive – III.
