The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the Jharkhand Board Class 8 Result 2025 today, May 20, 2025. This year, over 5.2 lakh students appeared for the JAC 8th exams, which were held in March 2025. Once declared, students can check their JAC Class 8 result 2025 on the official websites, jac.jharkhand.gov.in and jacresults.com.
Students need to log in to the result page using their roll number and other required details in order to check and download their JAC Class 8th Result. As per the board’s passing criteria, candidates must score at least 33% marks to be considered pass in the Jharkhand Board 8th exams 2025.

Ranchi, with 35,828 enrolled students, and Dhanbad, with 32,713, were two of the best-performing districts in terms of enrollment and outcomes. The largest enrollment was 47,082 in Giridih, of which 45,599 showed up and 43,356 passed. 30,139 pupils passed in Dhanbad, compared to 24,110 in Deoghar and 22,510 in East Singhbhum.
With 1,542 students, Sahebganj had a significantly high percentage of pupils with marginal scores. Giridih and Pakur, with 2,225 and 1,408 students, respectively, were in close pursuit.
