KCET 2021 Application Dates Extended: As per the latest Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the application timeline for the upcoming KCET 2021 Exam. The Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2021 registration process will now continue until 16th July and candidates will be allowed to pay the requisite amount of application fees on or before 19th July via the official website i.e. kea.kar.nic.in. Official Notification Released

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) released an official notification to confirm the extension in the application timeline for KCET 2021. The notification reads “Last date for CET 2021 online application has been extended. The students, who have not registered to appear for CET 2021, can apply online up to 16-07-2021 and pay the fees up to 19-07-2021 to become eligible for admission to various professional courses for the year 2021.”

In-Person Certificate Submission for Special Category Candidates

Furthermore, candidates should also note that in case they are planning to apply for KCET 2021 under special category, they will need to submit the certificate for the same in-person, as part of the application process. Candidates falling under NCC, Sports, Defence, Ex-Defence, Scouts and Guides, etc categories can apply for KCET 2021 under special category quota. For rest of the candidates, the application process for KCET 2021 will remain completely online and they register themselves via the official website and also pay the requisite application fee online.

To ensure that applicants do not face any problems or issues while applying for KCET 2021 exam, the exam authority has made the complete process, including the document submission and fee payment completely online. As part of the KCET 2021 application process, candidates will also have to remit fees for the exam online. In this regards, a recent notification from the exam authority says that candidates should wait for 24 hours if their bank account is debited but the payment receipt is not generated while submitting the application fee.
