NMMSS Scholarship Applications 2024: The National Scholarship Portal has opened for students to register and apply for the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMS) 2024. Candidates interested and eligible to apply for NMMSS 2024 can visit the official scholarship portal to complete the registration and application portal.
The NMMSS 2024 scholarship registration link is available on the official portal - scholarships.gov.in. To complete the one-time registration (ORT) applications students must click on the registration link and enter all required details. After completing the registrations, students will be provided with a 14-digit number issued as per the Aadhar number which will be valid for students throughout the academic year.

Who can apply for NMMSS 2024
NMMSS scholarships are awarded to meritorious students from classes 9 to 12 belonging to economically weaker sections. The scholarships were introduced to reduce the dropout rates among students at class 8 encouraging them to continue their education until the secondary level. Eligible candidates will be awarded a scholarship sum for the 2024-25 academic year.
