Pune University Semester Exam 2020: SPPU extends deadline to submit exam application forms until 25th June

Pune University Semester Exam 2020: As per the latest update, SSPU i.e. Pune University has extended the deadline for submission of exam application form for Pune University Semester Exam 2020 until 25th June 2020 for first and second year students who are due to appear for the examination. Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has extended the application deadline for submission of exam application form for all students who are studying at the university and colleges affiliated with it. The decision was taken based on students’ requests, especially those who have moved to their home town during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Internet Connectivity Issued Faced by Students

Announcing the decision, Pune University’ s Director of the Examination Department said that the decision was taken after students complained about internet connectivity issues and technical problems while submitting the application form. Due to these issues, close to 1000+ students missed the deadline of 5^th June for application form submission. Also, students from engineering stream will require for previous year, in order to complete the application process. In accordance with this, the University has extended application timeline for students until 25^th June 2020 and for colleges that have not submitted students' internal evaluation until 27^th June 2020.

Pune University Admissions 2020

Currently, the university has also started the online application process for admission to the various undergraduate, postgraduate and integrated as well as interdisciplinary courses offered by the varsity. To help candidates vying for admission, the Savitribai Phule Pune University, the varsity has released the exam date and pattern. As per the information brochure, the SSPU online entrance exam (OEE) for admission will be held in first or second week of August 2020. The online application process for the same will stay open until 30^th June 2020.
