UPTET 2019 examination postponed, New dates to be released soon at updeled.gov.in

UPTET 2019 exams postponed: The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board has postponed the UP Teacher Eligibility Test 2019 examination. As per the notification released on the official website, the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2019 to be conducted on December 22, 2019, has been postponed. Students to appear for the examination can visit the official website to check the examination postpone notification for UPTET 2019.

The new dates for conducting the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2019 will be provided on the official website of the board soon. The admit card of UPTET 2019 was earlier released by the board on December 12, 2019. Candidates can check the official notification of UPTET 2019 from the website.

According to data, around 16 lakh 58 thousand candidates were to appear for the UPTET 2019 examination. The UP board authorities gave allotted up to 1986 examination centres in Uttar Pradesh for conducting the examination.

According to the notification released by the by Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Basic Education department, Renuka Kumar the UPTET 2019 examination has been postponed due to inevitable circumstances.

Recently, violent clashed have broken out between the police and the protestors in Uttar Pradesh and other parts of the country regarding the opposition against the new introduced CAA and NRC bill in the parliament. People have been protesting with banners and the tricolour across the country against the amended citizenship bill and the NRD.

As per media reports, additional security forces have been deployed in the sensitive areas which include the places where large scale protests have taken place in recent days. Recent protests have also reported three deaths including two people in a police firing in Mangaluru and one in Lucknow.

The DGP, OP Singh while speaking to the media has reported the death of five people in violence against the CAA protests in Uttar Pradesh.
