Eligibility Criteria for Registrar/Secretary & Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Registrar/ Secretary: Officers of the Central government or State govt or UT Administration of State Judicial Service holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Under Secretary with 05 years service in PB3. Scale V officers of PSBs holding analogous posts/ Scale IV officers of PSBs with 05 years service/ Officers in the PSBs who have held the post of Registrar/ Secretary or equivalent on a regular basis for a period of three years.
• Recovery Officer: Officers of the central Government or state Government or union territory Administration or state Judicial Service: Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department or  section Officer with five years’ service in pay band — 3, or
  section officer with six years’ service in pay band - 2; or section officer with seven years service in pay band; scale Iv officer of the Public sector Banks holding analogous post:
  or scale-III officers of PSBs with five years’ service in the scale; or officers in PSBs who have held the post of Recovery Officer or equivalent post in a tribunal for a period of three years.
• Assistant Registrar: Officers of the Central Government or state Government or Union territory Administration or State Judicial Service: Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or section officer with five year & service in pay band — 3; or
  section Officer with six years’ service in pay band - 2, or section officer with seven years service in pay band — 2,; scale IV officers of the Public sector Banks (PSBs) holding analogous
  post; or scale-Ill Officers of PSBs with five years’ service in the scale; or officers who have already held the post of Assistant Registrar or equivalent post in a Tribunal for a period of three years.

Age Limit for Registrar/Secretary & Other Posts: 56 years
