Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification for Senior Instructor Post: Degree in Printing Technology (any specialisation) from a reputed institute in India or abroad with relevant experience of 12 years and above out of which at least 5 years should be in a managerial position in a medium-to-large printing press. The candidate should be well conversant with various forms of printing technology including pre-press and post-press related to hot metal, screen printing, offset printing, various post production processes such binding etc. The candidate should also be aware of emerging processes such as digital offset and various kinds of digital printing.
Candidates with a Diploma in Printing Technology from a reputed institute in India or abroad with relevant experience of at least 15 years (out of which at least 8 years should be in a managerial position in a medium-to-large printing press) may also apply.
Educational Qualification for Assistant Warden Post: Bachelor Degree from recognized university and having at least two years’ relevant experience as Assistant Warden/ Warden/ Care taker in the institutes of higher and professional education institutes or similar experience in Hospitality/ Health Care sector may also apply. Proficiency in communicating in English and Hindi is a must and the selected candidate shall have to work in the late evening/night and early morning from the hostel premises. The Institute will provide rent free bachelor accommodation in the hostel area/premises.
Educational Qualification for Design Instructors / Technical Instructors Post: Diploma/ Degree holders in the relevant subjects/fields of Engineering/Technology/Design/ Communication from recognized institutes/polytechnics and having at least four years post qualification experience in the relevant industry/ educational/ training institutes.
Educational Qualification for Accounts Officer Post: retired Accounts Officers / Dy. Registrar (Finance & Accounts), Dy. Controller of Finance and Accounts from the Universities, PSUs, reputed professional Institutes of higher studies and well conversant of double entry Book Keeping, preparation of Annual Accounts, Audits, computerized accounting system, etc.
Educational Qualification for Assistant - Academic Affairs Post: Bachelor Degree from the recognized University with at least two years of experience in reputed organization/ educational institute, having hands on experience of handling the academic / students’ affairs may apply. Communication ability in English and Hindi is a must.
Educational Qualification for Assistant – Library Post: Bachelor of Library Science from the recognized University with at least two years of experience in reputed organization/ educational institute, having hands on experience of handling the library software may apply. Willingness to work in shift duties and communication ability in English and Hindi is a must.
Educational Qualification for Wardens Post: Bachelor Degree from the recognized university and having at least two years’ relevant experience as Assistant Warden/ Warden/ Care taker in the institutes of higher and professional education institutes or similar experience in Hospitality/ Health Care sector may also apply. Proficiency in communicating in English and Hindi is a must and the selected candidate shall have to work in the late evening/night and early morning from the hostel premises.
Educational Qualification for Technical Assistant (IT Infrastructure and Networking) Post: Diploma in Computer Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience in reputed organization, having hands on experience in computers maintenance and network management should only apply.
Educational Qualification for Administrative Officer Post: Experienced administrators with at least five years’ experience in establishment matters, general administrative matters including government purchase process. Retired officers from the reputed academic Institutes / universities from the relevant posts may also apply.
Age Limit: 35-45 years
