Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) invited applications for filling 208 various scientific posts under different institutes of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi. Interested eligible candidates can apply till 26 December 2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Doctoral Degree / Master Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in relevant branch from a recognized University. For complete details please see the notification.
Application Fees: Application fee of Rs.500 has to be paid through a crossed DD (crossed International Bank Draft for $50 for applicants residing abroad) drawn in favour of Secretary, ASRB payable at New Delhi (India).
[SC / ST / Women / PH candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.]
Selection Procedure: Final Selection would be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Interview.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview by the ASRB. Appointment letters to finally selected candidate(s) will be issued by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
No TA/DA will be paid to the in-service candidates called for Interview.
The option to communicate/reply in Hindi in the interview exists in the Board.
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with copies of required documents / certificates and fee DD to “The Secretary, ASRB, Krishi Anusandhan Bhawan I, Pusa, New Delhi-110012″ either by hand or by post or by courier so as to reach the said office on or before the prescribed last date.
Name of the post with Advertisement No & Item no. should be written on the top of the envelope containing the application.
Applications Forms (Revised Application Form in MS-WORD format) and other relevant documents / details can be downloaded from ICAR website.
The same can also be obtained from the office of the Secretary, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, Krishi Anusandhan Bhawan I, Pusa, New Delhi- 110012.
For each post, separate application form, separate fee DD, and separate set of required documents should be sent to the ASRB.
No two applications should be tied together.
