The Summative Assessment is necessary for Class IX and X Students to qualify the board examination along side students have to attain minimum 25 percent maks to qualify the assessment.
The examination committee meeting held on 14 January 2013 approved by the government body meeting conducted on 22 January 2013 make the appearance of students is mandatory in two Summative Assessment will be conducted in Class IX academic year 2013-14 and Class X academic year 2014-15. Alongside the students have to qualify the assessment with minimum qualify marks.
The students have to attend both summative assessments will be conducted in Class IX and X. If any student fails to attend it due to health issues can give the assessment test before 31 October 2013. Besides they have to attain at least 25 percent marks in both Summative assessment (SA1 and SA2, taken together) in order to qualify the test.
The student appearing in sports at a national or international level have a flexibility to skip any of the assessment however they have to submit prior approval from the Board.
