Eligibility Criteria for Program Manager & Other Posts
Educational Qualification
- Program Manager (equivalent to Chief Engineer): Candidate should be BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering and preferably MBA. Minimum 15 years of experience in handling water supply, sewerage, sanitation or related projects and having good Project Management skills.
- Assistant Project Engineer: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience preferably in water supply, sewerage or sanitation projects.
- Junior Project Engineer: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience preferably in water supply, sewerage or sanitation projects.
- Resettlement Specialist: Graduate in Civil Engineering, Sociology or other relevant field. Minimum 7 years of professional experience and atleast 3-4 years’ experience in dealing with Land acquisition or R&R or Social Safeguard preferably funded by ADB/World Bank Project.
- Accountant: B.Com. from reputable university with minimum of 3 years’ experience in field of accounting in Govt. / semi Govt./autonomous/ private company of repute.
- Data Entry Operator: Graduate with knowledge of MS Office and having fast typing skill.
Age Limit
- Program Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 65 years.
- Assistant Project Engineer, Junior Project Engineer, Resettlement Specialist: Upper age limit for the post is 45 years.
- Accountant, Data Entry Operator: Upper age limit for the post is 35 years.
