Age relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years
Application Fee: No application fee will be charged from SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-servicemen candidates and for General and OBC Candidates the fee is Rs 400.
Selection Procedure
The candidate’s overall performance will be judged for final recruitment. The bank can make changes in selection procedure depending on the number of candidates applying for the various posts. The selection procedure can be held in the various formats given below: -
i) Only Interview
ii) Written Test and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview
iii) Written Test and/or Interview
iv) Group Discussion and/or Interview.
Written Test: The written test will consist of objective type questions only. The details of the test will be notified to all the eligible candidates through call letters.
Interview/ Group Discussion Marks: The maximum marks allotted for interview is 100. A candidate needs to score a minimum of 60% for General Category and 55% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD category to qualify.

How to apply
1. The candidate can apply online through Bank of India’s website www.bankofindia.co.in and download challan from there.
2. The candidate should have a valid e-mail id.
3. The candidate should then take a print out of the challan and make the payment of fees in any of the bank of India branches (not be applicable for SC/ ST/ PWD/ ex-servicemen Candidates).
4. Once the payment is made, the concerned branch will give him a transaction number.
5. Before applying online a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his photograph and signature within the required specifications.
6. Candidate should then visit the bank’s website www.bankofindia.co.in under the caption “Recruitments / Career” and should fill up the application.
7. After submitting the application form, the candidate should take a print out of the application form (with photo and signature) for submission at the time of interview at the Interview Venue.
8. Candidates can modify the submitted online application till 23 May, 2011 after which no modification will be permitted.
