Bihar Police Recruitment 2019: Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has started the online application process for recruiting candidates to the post of Bihar Police Sub Inspector (SI), Sergeant, Assistant Superintendent Jail (Direct recruitment) and Assistant Superintendent Jail (Ex-Serviceman). Interested candidates can apply for recruitment to the Bihar Police on the official website bpssc.bih.nic.in. The BPSSC Bihar Police application process will conclude on 25 September 2019.

BPSSC Sub Inspector, Sergeant and Assistant Superintendant Jail recruitment aims to fill a total of 2446 vacancies. Of these total vacancies, 2064 Vacancies will be filled in for Police Sub Inspector; 215 for Sergeant; 125 for Assistant Superintendent Jail (Direct Recruitment) and 42 for Assistant Superintendent Jail (Ex-Serviceman). Bihar Police Eligibility Criteria for SI/Sergeant/ASJ

Educational Qualification: Candidates need to be passed in 10th/SSC/Matriculation/Graduation/Post Graduation from recognised board/university.

Bihar Police Selection Procedure for SI, Sergeant and ASJ Recruitment

The selection procedure for the SI, Sergeant and ASJ Recruitment in Bihar Police comprises of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Physical Test. Candidates, who would qualify the Bihar Police Prelim exam, will be called for the Mains exam. Both the examination will be conducted in Pen and Paper Mode (Written).
