Only one or 2 hours extra study time can make a big change in the result. The regular study can provide a good command over the complete syllabus, as Somya told and this was the reason that she did fantastic in each paper.

Stay away from stress:
Obviously you have studied whole year properly and are also familiar with your exam syllabus, So why you are in worry? Why are you worried for the Board exam?
Before this Board exam you have cleared your pre-board exams. This is also a test and similar to those exams. Therefore you should not take extra pressure before exams. Just give your 100% for your preparation. A good study schedule is enough to make you well prepared for the exams. Just focus on the preview, so that the picture of the readable subjects remains cleared and all the points remain in mind. Take good care of your food habits :
If you don’t eat well and on time, then the energy from your body will be strained instead of restoration The cells of your brain rely on energy from food just like any other cell in the body. Without proper nutrition that you will get from healthy food, your brain gets impacted and since our brain controls every function including our emotions like concentration power, memory, sleep patterns and our mood, therefore it is necessary to eat healthy and keep our brain active. Avoid heavy meals as they can make you feel sleepy and lethargic. Always take small, frequent, nutritious meals to ensure a steady stream of energy and have a calming effect on the brain.
Relaxation is the key to better performance:
Stay calm and focused before your exam begins. Do not start writing answers in haste when you get the test paper in the exam hall. First go through all the questions in the first 10-15 minutes carefully. Fix appropriate time slot according to the sections or questions and start solving the questions in that time frame. Start answering the questions that you feel the most confident about. There is no need to answer the questions in order. Also, if you find any confusion or you are not clear on any particular question then don’t be afraid to ask the examiner. Sometimes the paper may contain typos, misprints or any editing which is hard to understand, in that case simply ask your instructor for clarification.
Save some time for last minute revision :
As this is the last time for the examination, so save some time for the revision. You must have some last time preparation or revision notes so that you can save time and also gain confidence which will definitely help you to avoid the stress. Revision will also help you to brush-up the whole topic in the short time
