Canara Bank announced final result for recruitment of 2000 Probationary Officers on 26 May 2012. A total of 1984 candidates were selected for the post of Probationary Officers in JMG Scale-I on the basis of marks obtained in Common Written Examination (CWE) and Group Discussion interview held.

Canara Bank announced final result for recruitment of 2000 Probationary Officers on 21 May 2012. A total of 10826 candidates were called for Group Discussion and Interview of which only 6484 appeared for the same. The bank shortlisted 1984 candidates provisionally for the position of PO amongst the 5981 qualified candidates.
The bank will soon declare details of marks secured by the candidates who appeared for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. These provisionally selected candidates are required to furnish necessary proof with regard to educational qualification and caste/ PWD certificate as per Government of India format itself, wherever applicable for getting appointed in the bank.
