CBSE Class 12 Biology Pre-Board Sample Paper: School authorities aim to clear the board examination of all their students who have registered for it. They wish to get a 100% passing percentage, and for that, they conduct multiple pre-board examinations. These examinations offer a similar scenario for students, like board exams, to trigger their adrenaline. This makes them prepare for the topics, sit for a pre-board examination, and get a good score. The score of the pre-board is a prediction of the final score the students will get in the CBSE 12th Board examination. Here, the pre-board question paper for 12th Class Biology is provided along with the possible solutions for Section A. Check and solve the paper and cross-verify the answers with your teacher.

CBSE Class 12 Biology Pre-Board Sample Questions 2025

General Instructions:

  1. All questions are compulsory.
  2. The question paper is divided into five sections, containing 33 questions.
  3. Section–A has 16 questions of 1 mark each; Section–B has 5 questions of 2 marks each; Section– C has 7 questions of 3 marks each; Section– D has 2 case-based questions of 4 marks each; and Section–E has 3 questions of 5 marks each.
  4. Internal choices are provided in some questions. Attempt only one alternative in such cases.
  5. Wherever necessary, neat and properly labelled diagrams must be included.
