CDS Exam (I) 2015: Question Paper II with Answer Keys

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) organizes Combined Defence Service Examination. Through CDS Exam, candidates get admission to the courses at Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers Training Academy. UPSC organizes CDS Exam twice in a year, CDS Exam (I) mostly in the month of February, while CDS Exam (II) in the month of October.

Exam Paper Pattern of CDS Examination
The examination consists of 3 Papers, English – 120 questions (100 marks), General Knowledge – 120 Questions (100 marks) and Elementary Mathematics – 120 Question (100 Marks) with objective type questions. The duration for each Paper is 2 hours. There was a penalty for the wrong answer.

Syllabus of CDS Exam Paper II
Paper II – English – The objective of this Paper to test the proficiency of the candidate to understand the English Language. There are following topic which comes in this paper. The topics are given below –Spotting Error, Synonyms, Antonyms, Ordering of Words, Comprehension Passage, Fill in the blanks, Sentence improvement, Ordering of Sentence.
