Central Pollution Control Board Recruitment 2016 for 49 Scientist ‘B’ and other Posts

Central Pollution Control Board invited applications for recruitment to the post for Scientist ‘B’ and other Posts. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through the prescribed format within 30  days (15 August 2016) from the date of advertisement.

Under Central Pollution Control Board Recruitment 2016 out of total 49 post, under Ministry of Environment , Forest & Climate Change – Scientist’B’-02 Posts, Junior Scientific Assistant-13 Posts, Junior Laboratory Assistant- 11 posts, Senior Technician-01 Posts, Junior Technician-02Posts, Accounts Assistants-02 Posts, Data Entry Operator Grade-II-02 Posts,Stenographer-03 Posts, Driver (Ordinary Grade)-05 Posts, Senior Law Officer-01 Post, Law Officer-01 Post, Assistant Accounts Officer-01 Posts, Senior Hindi Translator- 01 Post, Technical Supervisor-01 Post, Senior Technical Supervisor- 01 Post, Senior Scientific Assistant-01 Post.

Eligibility for Scientist’B’- Master’s Degree in Natural /Agricultural Sciences from a recognized  University or Institution

Eligibility for Junior Scientific Assistant- A Degree in Science with 4 years experience in the line preferably in pollution control or related subject.

Eligibility for Junior Laboratory Assistant-12^th pass with Science subject from a recognized Board/University

Eligibility for Senior Technician- Diploma in Instrumentation/electronics/Electrical/mechanical/Automobile Engineering

Eligibility for Junior Technician- 10^th class pass from a recognized Board/University. Certificate from ITI in the trade of mechanical /Instrumentation/electronics. 3 years of experience in servicing laboratory  machines in an organization /institution of repute

Eligibility for Accounts Assistants-Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce of a recognized University. Three Years experience in accounts, audit, cash handling or any other related work in an organization/Institution of repute

Eligibility for Data Entry Operator Grade-II- 12^th Standard pass or equivalent from a recognized Board/University. Should possess a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work. The Speed of 8000 depressions per hour for Data Entry work is to be judge by conduction speed test on the EDP Machines by the  competent authority

Eligibility for Stenographer- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce of a recognized University. Passing of the test in English Shorthand and typing at a minimum speed of 100 wpm and 40 wpm respectively. Or passing of test in Hindi Shorthand and typing speed of 100 wpm and 35 wpm respectively

Eligibility for Driver (Ordinary Grade)-8^th class pass from a recognized Board/School. Possessing in a valid driving license for both light and heavy vehicles. Knowledge of motor mechanism. minimum 03 years experience of driving a light or heavy vehicles 

Eligibility for Senior Law Officer- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute. Should be a qualified legal practitioner i.e. Advocate within Advocates Act,1961 who has not less than 8 years experience out of which five years should be in a High Court /Supreme Court in handling environmental litigation cases or person having not less than 8 years in rendering legal advice, preferably in matters relating to environment pollution in a supervisory level

Eligibility for Law Officer- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute. Should be a qualified legal practitioner i.e. Advocate within Advocates Act,1961 who has practiced as such for not less than 8 years preferably in the cases relating to pollution control or Bachelor’s degree in Law in 1^st class of a recognized University with not less than 8 years experience in rendering legal advice   preferably in matters relating to environment pollution in a supervisory level

Eligibility for Assistant Accounts Officer- Officer of the Central Government /State Government /Union Territory Administrations or Central/State Autonomous of Statutory bodies (a) holding analogous posts on regular basis or having at lea 2 years regular service in the posts in the scale of PB-2 Rs.9300-34,800, GP Rs.4200/-or equivalent. Possessing Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce   from a recognized University or Institute with at least 5 years experience in a supervisory or a SAS accountant with 5 years experience in accounts, audit and related financial work in an organization/institute of repute

Eligibility for Senior Hindi Translator- Officer of the Central Government /State Government /Union Territory Administrations or Central/State Autonomous of Statutory bodies (a) holding analogous posts on regular basis /having at least 5 years of regular service in the post in the scale of PB-2 Rs.9300-34,800+GP Rs.4200/- or equivalent. Possessing the qualification- Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a compulsory /elective subject or as medium of examination at degree level or Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi/English, with Hindi/English medium and English/Hindi as a compulsory /elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as at compulsory /elective subject in degree level and recognized Diploma/certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa of two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English  and vice-versa in Central/State Government Offices, including Government Undertaking and or Autonomous Bodies

 Eligibility for Technical Supervisor- Officer of the Central Government /State Government /Union Territory Administrations or Central/State Autonomous of Statutory bodies (a) holding analogous posts on regular basis/having at least 3 years of regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 1640-2900 or equivalent. Possessing a Diploma in Instrumentation /Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Eligibility for  Senior Technical Supervisor- Officer of the Central Government /State Government /Union Territory Administrations or Central/State Autonomous of Statutory bodies (a) holding analogous posts on regular basis having at least 3 years of regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 1640-2900 or equivalent. Possessing a diploma in instrumentation /Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Eligibility for Senior Scientific Assistant- Officer of the Central Government /State Government /Union Territory Administrations or Central/State Autonomous of Statutory bodies (a) holding analogous posts on regular basis having at least 5 years of regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 9300-34,800 + GP Rs.4200 or equivalent. Possessing Master’s degree in Science with two years relevant experience in the line, preferably in pollution control and related subjects in any organization/institutions of repute
