1. Principal Scientist/ Sr. Principal Scientist: Ph.D (Engg.) OR Ph.D (Sci) with 3 years experience
2. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist: PhD in Chemistry (submitted)
3. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist (APNP): M.E/M.Tech in Food Engg./ Food Technology OR PhD in Food Science/ Technology (submitted)
4. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist (MSTD): PhD in Physics (submitted)
5. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist (BT): B.E/B.Tech in Chem.Engg/Bio-chemical Engg/ Technology followed by M.Tech . OR P.hD.in Biotechnology/ Biochem. Engg. (submitted)
6. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist (PPD): B.Tech/M.Sc with MBA or PG degree in Intellectual Property Law with (1st class or 60% or equivalent GPA) OR Ph.D (Sc./Engg.) Submitted
7. Scientist/ Sr. Scientist (BD): M.E/M.Tech. in Chem. Engg OR Ph.D in Chemical Engg. (Submitted)
