The Central board of secondary Education (the exam conducting body for CTET), conducted the CTET Exam on 21st February 2016. The question paper of CTET February 2016 is given below:-

The CTET Exam February 2016 conducted was as follows:

(a) Paper I (Primary Stage, passing this paper is the essential qualification to be teachers of Classes I to V): It was conducted during 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. The overall level of this paper was moderate. There were 150 multiple choice questions and the maximum marks were 150 which was as expected. The English language was slightly tough. On the other hand, a lot of questions from environmental studies were quite easy. Overall, the level of this paper was moderate.

(b)Paper II (Elementary Stage, passing this paper is the essential qualification to be teachers of Classes VI to VIII): It was conducted during 9:30 am to 12 pm on Feb. 21, 2016. The overall level of this paper was moderate too. There were 150 multiple choice questions and the maximum marks were 150, which was as expected.

(Note: Candidates who intent to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both papers (Primary and elementary Stage).

The objective of conducting CTET examination was to bring national standards and benchmark of teacher quality in the recruitment process. It would also induce teacher education institutions and students from these institutions to further improve their performance standards.

Question 3. In the context of Indian judiciary, appellate system means
