Q: Though I have prepared for CBSE exams and I am done with 2 revisions, yet the name of board exam itself sends jitters in my body. How should I deal with this stress?
A: Recognise your negative thoughts. Once you closely examine these thoughts you will see how unrealistic they are. Try to keep them at bay and challenge the thoughts that say you are a failure and that you cannot succeed. Remind yourself that it was just another exam and with effort, you will do better in your next attempt.
