The University of Delhi was established in 1922 as a unitary, teaching and residential university by an Act of the Central Legislative Assembly. Popularly known as DU, it offers courses at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels. It invites application from eligible candidates for selecting students for admission to LLB/ LLM Programmes.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Delhi University (DU)
Educational Qualification
- LLB Programme: Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised university with minimum 50% marks (for General category candidates)
- LLM Programme: LLB Degree (3 years/ 5 years) in any discipline from a recognised university with minimum 50% marks (for General category candidates)
Selection Procedure for Admission in Delhi University (DU): Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit in the Common Entrance Test to be conducted by the Faculty of Law.
How to Apply for Admission in Delhi University (DU): The Prospectus and Application Form can be obtained in person/ from DU's website from the Office of Admission Committee, Faculty of Law, on all working days between 10 am to 1 pm on cash payment of Rs 700 (Rs 300 for SC/ ST/ PH category candidates).
The application form can also be obtained by post by sending a Demand Draft Rs 750 (Rs 250 for SC/ ST/ PH category candidates). Candidates are requested to write their name, and address at the back of Bank Draft.
Duly filled in application forms may be sent by registered post to Coordinator, Admission Committee, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi- 110007.
