Department of Posts invited applications from eligible and suitable candidates for filling up the following Group ‘C’ post of Motor Vehicle Driver pertaining to residual promotion quota as per below details. Motor Vehicle (M.V) Driver: 17 Posts

Educational Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria 

(i) Possessing valid Driving Licence for light and heavy motor vehicles.

(ii) At least 04 years of driving experience of light and heavy motor vehicles provided that the candidates should have at least one year experience of driving heavy motor vehicles and they must be in possessions of valid driving licence to that effect.

(iii) Ability to read and write local language and to make simple arithmetical calculations.

Desirable

Middle Standard Pass from recoganised board.

Age Limit 

• Age Limit of the candidate should be between 21 to 28 years as on 01 July 2014.
• Relaxable age as per Govt. rules and relaxable up to 35 years for Govt. servant.        

Pay Scale/ Salary 

Pay Band is PB – 1 and Pay Scale of Rs. 5,200/- to Rs. 20,200/- plus Grade Pay  Rs. 1,900/- Per  Month.
