Depression can harm students and all preparing for examinations in many ways. On a superficial level we can say that depression can be treated as a phase that simply needs time to actually pass. Emotional symptoms: these could range from feelings of hopelessness, helplessness to extremes like suicidal thoughts and attempts. Other problems could be unable to think clearly delusions, hallucinations feeling worthless and guilty.
