• District Programme Coordinator (DPC) – 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria for STLS & Other Posts

Educational Qualification

• Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS): Possess Graduation Degree in appropriate discipline and (02 months) in Computer Applications.
• Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): Possess Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate discipline or Sanitary Inspector Course and Certificate Course (02 months) in Computer Applications.
• Lab Technician: Possess Higher Secondary (12th Standard/ 10+2) Pass with Diploma or Certificate Course in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
• District PPM Coordinator: Possess Post- Graduate Degree in the appropriate discipline.
• District Programme Coordinator (DPC): Possess MBA or Post- Graduate Diploma in Management or Health Administration.

Age Limit

• Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS)/ Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS)/: Between 22 to 40 years. District PPM Coordinator
• Lab Technician (LT)/ District Programme Coordinator (DPC): Between 22 to 62 years.

Experience

Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS)/ Lab Technician (LT)/: 01 year or more in concerned field.          District PPM Coordinator/ District Programme Coordinator (DPC)
