Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Associate Professor in Materials Engg, Electronics Engg, & Applied Chemistry (Engg) and Applied Physics disciplines. Pay Scale: Rs. 37,400-67,000 AGP 9,000/- + Other Allowances as admissible to DIAT (DU) employees

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• For Materials Engg, Electronics Engg, & Applied Chemistry (Engg) disciplines- A Ph.D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the appropriate branch of Engg., / Tech., and experience of 8 years in teaching, research and / or industry at the level of Lecturer/Assistant Professor or equivalent grade, excluding period spent on obtaining the research degree.
• For Applied Physics discipline- Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the appropriate branch of science (Physics) OR Engg & Tech.

Selection Procedure:

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the ministry.
