Directorate of Medical Education & Training, Odisha Hiring 51 Senior Resident & Tutor Posts

Directorate of Medical Education & Training (DMET), Odisha invited application for the recruitment to the post of Tutor and Senior Resident. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 14 March 2017.

Candidates applying for Senior Resident must possess a MD/ MS/ MDS degree in concerned discipline for post in clinical departments of broad specialties.

For Tutor jobs, MBBS/ BDS is the basic qualification.

SEBC / Woman/ ST/SC / Ex. Serviceman: Upper age limit for the post is 40 years.

PH (Physically Challenged category): Upper age limit for the post is 45 years.

Selection Procedure for District Senior Resident & Other Posts

The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts will be made on the basis of career assessment i.e. MBBS/ BDS/ M.Sc. (60%), Intermediate (20%) and HSC or equivalent (20%); One mark will be deducted from the accrued career mark for each case of failure/extra attempt taken in any qualifying examination.

Application Fees for District Senior Resident & Other Posts

Candidates should have to pay Rs.1000/- in shape of Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of ‘Dean & Principal, Saheed Laxman Nayak Medical College and Hospital, Koraput’ payable at SBI Koraput.
