Eligibility Criteria for Executive and Non-Executive Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Asstt. Manager/Electrical/ S&T/ Civil: candidate should have B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/ Civil) respectively with minimum 60% and should have qualified GATE for 2016.

Asstt. Manager/Operations: candidate should have BE/B Tech with minimum 60% marks in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil or in equivalent  trade from a Govt. recognized University/Institute  or 02  year  full  time  MBA  with  60%  marks having  specialization  in Marketing/International Business Operations/Logistics from a  Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Asstt. Manager/HR : or 02 year full time MBA with 60% marks having specialization in HR from a Govt. recognized University/Institute

Asstt. Manager/Finance: CA/ICWA with a minimum of 50% marks and with post qualification work one-year experience in relevant field. 

Non-Executive category

Station Controller/Train Operator (SC/TO): Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent or BSC Hons in (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) or BSc (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Customer  Relations Assistant (CRA): Graduation course in any discipline from a Govt. Recognized University, and computer literacy (Certificate in Computer Application Course of minimum 6 weeks duration)

Jr. Engineer/ Electrical: Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Jr. Engineer/ Electronics: Diploma in Engineering (Electronic) or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Jr. Engineer/ Mechanical: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Jr. Engineer/ Civil: Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Account Assistant: B.Com/equivalent from a Govt. Recognized University/Institute

Maintainer: candidate should have completed Matriculation and ITI in relevant trade from a recognised institution.   

Selection Process for Executive and Non-Executive Posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test (two papers), Group Discussion & Personal Interview followed by Medical Examination.
