Effective School Management and Leadership Program for CBSE Principal

A training program for principal of CBSE school started at the Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Kannamally, Kochi. The program focuses on effective school management and leadership.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) collaborates with Centum Training Ltd. for organizing this five day program for the CBSE principals.
CBSE conducted the training program for principal is mandatory  for certification process. According to the Officials, “The program is organized to develop enhanced management skills and  to build modern management skills which will further help them in developing more streamlined and structured system in the school.”
The CBSE teachers are already attending the training program, conducting across the state will have several sessions for the teachers, stated by the  organizers.
