Eligibility Criteria for District Consultant, Quality Manager & Other posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Senior Consultant Public Health Planning: MD in Preventive & Social Medicine with minimum 3 years post qualification experience or Masters in Public Health with minimum 7 years post qualification experience or Masters in Epidemiology/Biostatistics/Statistics/Economics with minimum 8 years post qualification experience in planning and implementation of public health programs and in health systems research with Computer proficiency and High level of familiarity with Database Management Programme & commonly used packages like MS word, excel, PowerPoint.
• Consultant Public Health: MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS graduate with post graduation in Public Health or in Community Health or In Preventive and Social Medicine or in Hospital Administration with minimum 2 years of post PG experience of working in the field of Public health.
• Consultant Research: Graduate degree in relevant discipline (Statistics/Public Health Informatics /Epidemiology/Demography/Population Studies/Economics/Operations Research/Social Sciences/Anthropology/Development Studies/Public Health Social Sciences) and experience in developing research proposals and conducting research.
• Technical Consultant (Quality Assurance): Science/Medical graduate with MHA or MBA in Healthcare Administration with minimum 2 years post PG experience.
• Administrative Officer cum Accounts Officer: Graduate with SAS (State Account Services) and minimum 5 years experience of working as Chief Account Officer/Sr. Account Officer or Dy. Secy./Under Secy. or equivalent.
• District Consultant (Quality Assurance): MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/Health Management (MHA-Full time) and 2 years experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration.
• District Consultant (Public Health): MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with degree/diploma in Health Management and minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• District Quality Manager: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/Life Science graduate with Masters in Hospital administration/Health Management with one year experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration.
• Counsellor, Gender Health Support Centre (GHSC): Post Graduate in Social Science or Rural Development or in related disciplines and minimum 2 years relevant experience of working with Government/NGOs particularly on gender issues or in health sector.

Age Limit for District Consultant, Quality Manager & Other posts

• Should not exceed 60 years for post no. 1 & 5.
• Should not exceed 40 years for remaining posts.
