Eligibility Criteria for Scientist ‘C’, Computer Programmer & Other posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
- Scientist ‘C’ (Non Medical): Master degree in Life Sciences/Zoology/Genetics/Biotechnology/Microbiology or MSc in above subjects with PhD degree in one of the above subjects.
- Computer Programmer: Master degree in Computer Application, Information Technology, Computer Science or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering, IT with two years experience in relevant areas of programming or information system.
- Project Assistant: Graduate in Science/relevant subjects with three years work experience or Master degree in the relevant subject.
- Data Entry Operator (Grade ‘B’): 12th in science with DOEACC ‘A’ level and/or 2 years experience in EDP work in Government, Autonomous PSU or any other recognized organization and a speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer.
Age Limit for Scientist ‘C’, Computer Programmer & Other posts:
- Scientist ‘C’ (Non Medical): Not exceeding 40 years
- Computer Programmer: Not exceeding 35 years
- Project Assistant: Not exceeding 30 years
- Data Entry Operator (Grade ‘B’): Not exceeding 28 years
Selection Process for Scientist ‘C’, Computer Programmer & Other posts:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in personal discussion/interview.
