IGCEB Notified Admission for Ph.D. Program 2015-2016

    International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (IGCEB) invited application for admission to Ph.D. Program 2015-2016. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 25 May 2015.

    • Ph.D in Human Health
    • Ph.D in Plant Sciences

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification: First class (60% or equivalent grade) M.Sc. in any branch of Science (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics etc) or M.Tech. or M.B.B.S. or M.V.Sc. or M.Pharm. or equivalent qualification recognized by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, is required. 

    Selection Procedure

    Candidates who apply for the course will be called for a written exam on 17 June, 2015. Candidates shortlisted based on the written exam will be interviewed on 18 & 19 June 2015.

    How to Apply

    Candidates eligible and interested in the course can apply online. Print the online receipt and the admit card end the signed hard copy of the online receipt only o The Administrative Focal Point, International Centre for Genetic Engineering Biotechnology (ICGEB), Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi – 110067 by 25 May, 2015. The Envelope should be clearly marked with “Application for Ph.D. Programme – 2015-2016”.
