IIIT Kerala Recruitment 2016 for Senior Software Engineer and Other Posts

Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management (IIITM) - Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram invited applications for the posts of Senior Software Engineer and other posts for various projects running in Geo- Informatics Division of the Institute. Posts are purely on Contractual Basis, initially for the period of 06 (six) months. The eligible candidates can apply to the posts through the prescribed format so as to reach on or before 06 January 2017.

Eligibility Criteria for IIIT Kerala Senior Software Engineer and Other Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

1. Senior Software Engineer: Possess M. Tech. Degree in the IT discipline or B. Tech Degree with PG Diploma in IT or M.Sc. (IT) discipline.
2. Senior Web GIS Developer: Possess Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in IT/ CS/ Geo-informatics or B. Tech Degree in respective discipline and knowledge of Web MAP APIs, Spatial Database etc.
3. Geoscientist (LRIS): Possess Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Geo-informatics.
4. Android Developer: Possess Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in the IT or B. Tech. Degree in IT or MCA Degree.

Experience Required:

1. Senior Software Engineer: 04 to 06 years.
2. Senior Web GIS Developer: 03 years.
3. Geoscientist (LRIS): 02 years.
4. Android Developer: 01 year.

Selection Procedure for IIIT Kerala Senior Software Engineer and Other Jobs:

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test and/ or Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
