Eligibility Criteria for IT, HR and Other Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Head (IT): candidate should have appropriate qualification with minimum 15 years professional experience in development and implementation of ERP.

Manager (ERP): candidate should have degree in IT/ Computer Science engineering with minimum 12 years experience in managing ERP and related discipline.

CA (Finance /Accounts/Compliance): Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 05 years post qualification experience in the Finance/Accounts/Audit Departments.

Officer (HR): candidate should have MBA (HR) from a recognised university with minimum 05-year post qualification experience in the concerned/ relevant filed.

Executive Assistant: candidate should have Degree/Diploma in Materials Management with minimum 05 years of relevant experience in materials/logistics management or stores management.

Executive Assistant (Case Centre): candidate should have completed MBA or equivalent from a recognised university.

Programme Associate: candidate should be a Commerce Graduate with minimum 55% from a recognised university and should have minimum 05-year experience as marketing/Research Assistant.

Clerical Assistants: Graduate with minimum second class in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 02 years’ experience.

Research Associate (Production and Quantitative Methods): candidate should have degree in engineering/operations research/management science/mathematics/statistics, or other-related fields.

Selection Process for IT, HR and Other Posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
