Pay Scale

• Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs.5400 for post no. 1.
• Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4800 for post no. 2.
• Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200 for post no. 3 to 6.
• Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2800 for post no. 7.
• Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1900 for post no. 8 & 9.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Administrative Officer: Master Degree or equivalent relevant qualification and knowledge of Computer applications in office management.
• Assistant Administrative Officer: Master Degree or equivalent relevant qualification and knowledge of Computer applications in office management.
• Accountant: MBA in Finance or Master Degree in Commerce.
• Office Assistant: Master Degree or equivalent relevant qualification, Knowledge of computer typing and Computer applications in office management.
• Personal Assistant: Master Degree or equivalent relevant qualification, Knowledge of computer typing and Computer applications in office management.
• Store & Purchase Officer: MBA in material management or equivalent relevant professional qualification and knowledge of Computer applications in Store or Master Degree with Diploma in Material Management.
• General Duty Assistant: Graduation with Knowledge of computer typing and knowledge of Computer applications.
• Electrician: 10^th passed and National Trade Certificate Examination conducted by the NCVT in respective trade of Electrician in ITI.
• Driver: 10^th passed and License in heavy vehicle.

Age Limit

• Candidate’s age should not be crossed than 45 years for post no. 1 & 2.
• Candidate’s age should not be crossed than 40 years for remaining posts.

Candidates are required to apply online through IIM official website on or before 24 August 2015. After submission of online applications, candidates are required to take a printout of e-Application form and send it along with self-attested copy of certificate to the Chief Administrative Officer, Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, Bazpur Road, Kashipur, Distt: U S Nagar- 244713, Uttarakhand by speed post/Registered post latest by 4 September 2015.
