Remuneration: Up to Rs. 6000 per month (Consolidated)

Qualifications & Experience: Class – VIII or equivalent with relevant experience in mechanical fabrication work including, cutting, welding (arc/gas) sheet metal, and drilling and electrical wiring etc.

Other Requirements: Candidate must have sufficient knowledge about crop cultivation, soil analysis, Soil and crop data collection. He may have to travel out station forfield survey and also enter into muddy fields to collect crop data under framers field conditions.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Interview.

Application Fees: Non-refundable application fee has to be paid through a crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 50 drawn in favour of ‘IIT Kharagpur’ payable at Kharagpur.

Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
