Indian Navy Notified Recruitment of Sr. Secondary Candidates as Sailors for 2014 Batch

Indian Navy invited applications from unmarried male candidates for enrolment as Sailors for senior secondary recruits (SSR) 2014 batch. The course will be commencing from August 2014. The eligible candidates may apply Online on or before 06 December 2013 through website: www.nausena-bharti.nic.in.

(For the candidates of North East, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar, lakshadeep and Minicoy Island, the last date for receipt of Hard copy of the online filled application is 22 December 2013)

Age Limit
Candidates should have been born between 01 August 1993 to 31 July 1997 (Both dates are included)

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed 10+2/ equivalent examination with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects; Chemistry/Biology/Computer science.

Selection Procedure
The final selection will be made on the basis of candidates’ performances in Written Exam, Physical Fitness Test (FTT) and Medical Standard Test taken together. The candidates who qualify in all respects will be short listed depending upon the vacancies. The candidate will be selected on all India merit basis. The select list will be available on website www.nausena-bharti.nic.in on 27 June 2014.
