# IPPB PO Prelims Exam 2017: Analysis and Expected Cut off

The IPPB prelims exam is over now. Here we are providing exam comprehensive analysis held on 7 and 8th January.

IPPB Exam was conducted successfully for the recruitment of Assistant Manager (Territory) - Scale I Officer on 7 & 8 January 2017. The exam was conducted for 100 marks comprised of 100 questions with a time of 60 minutes.

Pattern of Examination: The examination has 3 sections – Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, and English Language.  There were five alternatives in every question of a test. The candidates MUST pass in each of the Objective tests. The passing marks in each test will be decided by IPPB on the basis of the performance of all the candidates appearing in the tests. Candidate may accordingly allocate their time to each test within total time of 60 minutes for all the three tests put together.

Analysis of Examination: The overall difficulty level of the examination was Moderate.

Expected Cut-off marks: - As per our analysis and difficulty level of the examination, the following Cut-off marks are expected for the different category.

Note: The candidates should note that the above cut-off may vary as it depends upon various factors hence it is not possible to predict the exact cut-off marks until IPPB declared it on its website. The IPPB will announce cut-off mark when the process of selection is over.
