Eligibility Criteria for Scale IV Officers Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
AGM (Fraud Control Operations): candidate should be Graduate from a recognised University with minimum 12 years post qualification experience in banking operations in a Core Banking System environment.
AGM (Customer Service): candidate should be Graduate from a recognised University with minimum 12 years post qualification experience
DGM (Information Security)/ Chief Information Security Officer): candidate should be Graduate from a recognised University with minimum 15 years post qualification experience.
Chief Manager (Treasury Settlements and Reconciliation): candidate should have completed Chartered Accountant from ICAI or MBA (Finance) from a recognised University with 09 years experience in concerned discipline.
Chief Manager (Market Risk): candidate should have completed Chartered Accountant from ICAI or MBA (Finance) from a recognised University with 09 years experience in concerned discipline.
Chief Manager (Dealer): candidate should have completed Chartered Accountant from ICAI or MBA (Finance) from a recognised University with 09 years experience in concerned discipline.
AGM (Chief Dealer): candidate should have completed Chartered Accountant from ICAI or MBA (Finance) from a recognised University with 07 years experience in concerned discipline.
AGM (Human Resource Management): candidate should be Graduate from a recognised University with minimum 12 years post qualification experience, preferably in HR.
AGM (Program Management Office): candidate should be Graduate from a recognised University with minimum 12 years post qualification experience.
DGM (Product and Strategic Partnerships): candidate should be Graduate from a recognised University with minimum 15 years post qualification experience.
AGM (Marketing): candidate should be Graduate from a recognised University with minimum 12 years post qualification experience with 06 years of experience in a marketing function catering to customers in rural markets/ financial inclusion is mandatory.
AGM (IT Operations): candidate should have completed B.Tech or equivalent from a recognized University with Minimum of 06 years of relevant experience in IT operations in banking (or) electronic payment services is mandatory.
Selection Process for Scale IV Officers Posts
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. In case of overwhelming applications are received Group Discussion or Online Examination might be conducted.
