- Scientist: M.Sc. Physics with minimum 60% marks from recognized University.
- Technical Assistant (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering minimum 60% from recognized University / Technical Examination Boards.
- Scientific Assistant (Physics): B.Sc. (Physics) minimum 60% from recognized University / Institute.
