JEE Mains Admission 2016: Dates Announced

Candidates preparing for JEE Mains 2016 Exam, it is time to speed up your preparation process. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has formally announced the JEE Mains notification for 2016. According to the CBSE notification, the JEE Mains Online Registration will begin on 1^st December, 2015 and the last date of application will be 31^st December 2015.

Further, the notification also mentions that the JEE (Mains) offline exam for both Paper I and Paper II will be held on 3^rd April, 2016; Sunday. Whereas, the JEE (Mains) online exam will be conducted on 9^th April, 2016 i.e., Saturday and 10^th April, 2016 i.e., Sunday.

Conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE); JEE Main 2016 is a national level entrance exam for students seeking admission to the undergraduate engineering and technological programmes offered by different governmental, private and funded institutions like NITs and IIITs. JEE Main exam also an eligibility test for candidates aspiring to appear for the JEE (Advanced) 2016 exam, which is entrance test for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes at the premier technical institutes like IITs / ISM Dhanbad.
