Qualification for the post of Assistant Professors

Essential:

• First Class Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration/in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two year full time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU/accredited by the AICTE/UGC.

OR

• First Class graduate and professionally qualified Charted Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant/Company Secretary of the concerned statutory bodies.

Specialization

• Quantitative Methods, Operations Research & IT: Operations Research and Applied Operations Research, Mathematics and Statistics, Computer Science & Information Technology.
• Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior Organization Development: Sociology, Psychology and Applied Psychology.
• Managerial Economics & Economic Environment of Business:  Economics and Business Economics.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience of teaching concerned management courses in the above specializations at the Post Graduate level in reputed Business Schools and conducting Executive Development Programmes.

OR

• Professional experience of at least 2 years at managerial level in the above specialization in industry and other sectors.
• Research papers presented at Conferences and/or publications in reputed refereed journals, cases writing and Research Projects completed in the above areas of specialization.

Pay Scale:  Rs. 15600-39100
