Eligibility Criteria for Accounts officer, Librarian and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Accounts Officer: candidate should be an officer of Central/State holding analogous post in regular basis in the parent cadre with 05-year regular service record in concerned grade. Candidate should have passed SAS or equivalent recognised by Accounts Department of Central Govt. and should have successfully completed training in Cash and Accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent and Experience in cash, Accounts & Budget Work.
Librarian cum Documentation and Production Officer: candidate should be an officer of Central/State holding analogous post in regular basis in the parent cadre with 3/6 year regular service record in concerned grade. Candidate should have completed BCA or equivalent from DOEACC and should have 3 years experience in concerned field.
Computer Programmer cum Planning and Monitoring Officer: candidate should be an officer of Central/State holding analogous post in regular basis in the parent cadre with 3/6 year regular service record in concerned grade. Candidate should have second-class master’s Degree and Degree in Library Science from a recognised university and 05 years experience as Librarian/Assistant Librarian is required.
Junior Accounts Officer: candidate should be an officer of Central/State holding analogous post in regular basis in the parent cadre with 3/10 year regular service record in concerned grades. Candidate should have experience in cash, Accounts & Budget Work.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of deputation.
