JSSC Teacher Recruitment 2024: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has announced 26,001 vacancies for Para and Non-Para posts. Recently, the Jharkhand High Court has granted permission for CTET and TET qualified candidates to apply for the JTET exam. As per the ruling, individuals from neighbouring states who have successfully cleared the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) are eligible to apply for 26,001 Assistant Teacher positions.
Chief Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra and Justice Anand Sen have decreed that candidates will have a three-month preparation period for the exam. The decision comes in response to a petition filed by the Jharkhand CTET Passed Students Association, raising concerns about the absence of TET organization by the state government since 2016. Consequently, the Jharkhand Teacher Exam, initially scheduled for January 12 to 31, 2024, has been postponed and will now take place from February 10, 2024. The registration process will also reopen soon.

The Jharkhand High Court delivered a significant verdict on the JSSC Teacher vacancy on December 21. According to the ruling, individuals who have successfully passed the CTET and TET exams will be eligible to apply for the 26,001 Jharkhand Teacher posts.
