Eligibility Criteria for Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kanchrapara West Bengal Recruitment 2016

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• PGT  (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Hindi, English, Economics, History, Geography, Commerce, Computer Science): PG degree with 50% in the concerned subject from the recognized University with B.Ed.
• TGT (Hindi, English, Social  Science,  Sanskrit,  Science, Mathematics): Bachelors Degree with B.Ed.
• PRT: JBT/ D.Ed/ PTC (2yrs) with Senior Secondary School Certificate
• Coaches: Degree / Diploma from a recognized University or State/ National Level Games & Sports Player
• Computer Instructor: Graduate in any stream with ‘A’ Level or PGDCA or B.C.A or ‘B’ Level from NIELIT/DOEACC or B.Sc. (CS/IT) or MCA/M.Sc. (CS/IT) or B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) from any Recognized University or ‘C’ Level from NIELIT/DOEACC.
• Yoga Teacher: Degree / Diploma in Yoga from recognized Institute
• Doctor: Minimum MBBS & registered with Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council
• Nurse: Diploma in Nursing / Diploma in General Nursing & Midwife course/ B.Sc. Nursing
• Counselor: B.A. / B.Sc. (Psychology) with certificate of Diploma in Counseling. It was further decided that in future Counselors would be appointed on contractual basis and their remuneration would be as per other contractual TGTs. All the existing Counselors, being post-graduates, would be governed as per their existing provisions for remuneration.
