Candidates born between 2 January 1968 and 1 January 1995 (both dates included) are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
OR Associate membership of Institution of Engineers, India in Civil Engineering.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be done through Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Physically Handicapped candidates belonging to Orthopedic Lower Extremities only).
Note: Application submitted by candidate other than those belonging to PH (Orthopedic- Lower extremities) category will be rejected.
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should apply online through KPSC website www.keralapsc.gov.in till 3 July 2013. On successful submission of the online application, candidates should take its printout and send it along with self attested copies of required documents and disability certificate from the standing Disability Assessment Board to “The Under Secretary, LR 1 section , Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram” so as to reach the concerned office within fifteen days from the last date fixed for applying online (i.e. 18 July 2013).
Candidates should retain a print out of the Online Application form for future reference.
