How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates can apply online through KPSC’s official website of www.keralapsc.gov.in till 19 June 2013. On successful submission of the online application, system would generate a Registration Card. Candidates should take a print-out of this Registration card and retain a copy for future reference.

Candidates should first get themselves registered as per “ONE TIME REGISTRATION” method. Already registered can apply directly by logging in to their profile using their User-Id and password.

Online Application and One Time Registration Procedure:

• Log on to www.keralapsc.org and register by selecting the New Registration link. This would fulfill the necessary one time registration condition for applying online.
• After registration, click on ‘Notification’ and then select ‘Apply Online’ link for the desired post.
• Fill in the application form, upload scanned photo and scanned signature at the required place.
• Recheck the filled application form for any mistake/error and make changes, if required.
• Click Submit to deposit the online application form.
• On successful submission of application form, a registration form is generated. Retain a print out of this registration form to produce when asked for.

NOTE:
1. All employees of the Departments of the Secretariat who are qualified for appointment shall be eligible for appointment under Secretariat quota along with other categories in the Kerala secretariat subordinate service.
2. Every person appointed as Legal Assistant GR II shall from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for a total period of two years within a continuous period of three years, and he / she should pass the Secretariat Manual Test conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission within the prescribed period of probation.
