Kerala State Backward Classes Development Corporation Ltd conducting a walk- in-interview for the selection of a full-time General Manager (HRM & Admn) on contract basis for one year or till regular appointment is made, whichever is earlier.

Nature of work : Matters related to Human Resource Management, Administration & Personnel of the Corporation.

Educational Qualification for Recruitment at KSBCDC: : MBA in HR/Personal Management from a recognized University or from an Institute recognized by Central/State Governments.

Required Experience : 5 years experience in a Supervisory cadre in the Personal and Administrative wing of a Government/Quasi Government firm or in a Company Registered
 under Indian Companies Act. Experience should be one acquired after obtaining MBA.

Remuneration : Monthly consolidated pay will be fixed on negotiation.

Age Limit for Recruitment at KSBCDC: Below 60 years
