Eligibility Criteria for Coordinator Job

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate in Social Welfare or any discipline. working with Govt / INGO/NGO & working in HIV/AIDS for at least eight years or more.

Experience

Working with Govt / INGO/NGO & working in HIV/AIDS for at least eight years or more.Must have excellent negotiation, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills in order to be able to manage relationships with diverse program partners. Communication with State SACS and other State Government departments is acore competency. Communication skills and experience of working to leverage ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ to invest in the future of children’s education, nutrition, health and livelihood is desirable’. Broad and comprehensive understanding on health and development sector and issues that beset marginalized communities. A comprehensive understanding of micro-planning and implementation of OVCProject and linkage with Government schemes is desirable. Good interpersonal skills, maturity, flexibility and an empathic approach. Must be able to plan using evidence-based approach including ability to understand and use program data to monitor and guide the program. Position involves travel. Knowledge of local language will be an asset. Good leadership, Liosoning& managerial skills with abilities to workgovernment departments. Excellent Communication in English and local languages. Willingness to travel.
