The last date of applying for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2012 for admission to Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate degree programmes (LLB and LLM) in law schools and universities is 31 March 2012.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of the CLAT Examination (multiple choice questions) scheduled to be held on 13 May 2012 (Sunday). The test will be of 200 marks and of two hours of duration.
For UG Degree Programmes: A candidate should have passed a Senior Secondary School/ Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognised Board with 50% in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and PWD)
For PG Degree Programmes: The candidate must have passed a LLB/BL Degree or an equivalent degree from a recognised University with 55% in aggregate (50% in case of SC/ST /OBC and persons with Disability)
The candidates can apply online on the website www.clat.ac.in or can get the Application Form s and Prospectus from the State Bank of India branches.
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an all India entrance examination organized by National Law University Jodhpur and conducted by 14 National Law Schools/Universities in India.
